Through this project, I show the connection between artistic performance and self-portraiture, as two mediums used to illustrate gestures, ideas and feelings. In performance and self-portraiture the performer/artist is present expressing an idea or a feeling, presenting a work with the body, creating it before our eyes.
In this project, I let myself be looked at by my camera to try to understand my feelings: What is love?  What is womanhood?
The moving elements are here to show the temporality that exists in each immortalised moment.
