Urban Jungle
In 2017, I began working on this project: a photographic series through which I evoke the relationship between the human body and the urban environment surrounding it, while questioning my place in the public spaces in both France and Egypt.
Through the positioning of my body in all the photographs of the series, I try to free myself from my face, on which resides the principle of identity. By not focusing on my face, I transform my body almost into a mass that navigates and converses with its environment, detached from its identity.
